2005 Little Star Blend
This wine will have a long life - it's getting better monthly. Rated 9-9.5 at the 2008 Rhone Rangers tasting in San Francisco. Gold Medal Winner 2008 Lodi International Wine Festival. The deep flavor of this Rhone blend of mainly Syrah and Petite Sirah are brightened by our Tempranillo with a little fruit from a dash of Merlot.

From Monterey County comes our latest release. We start with 100% vine ripe Chardonnay and barrel ferment in 3 lots to give the luscious combination of crisp, green apple and pineapple flavors with a smooth light buttery finish. Enjoy.

2006 Viognier
From another great Steinbeck family vineyard, the flourescent amber green-fruit was harvested in late September. It's loaded with the classic stone-fruit flavors of white nectarines, peaches, and apricots, with a subtle floral bouquet and a vanillan minerality.

2006 Syrah Rose
From our estate vineyard on the west side of Paso Robles, we harvested these grapes a week early to capture the tart berry flavors and fermented to a clean, dry finish. ("Hawaiian Punch", to you Santa Barbara wine tasters)

2001 Cabernet Sauvignon
A rich blend of east and West side Paso Robles grapes, made in the Bordeaux tradition.

...from our estate hillside vineyard on the westside of Paso Robles we captured this dry refreshing wine for those lighter moments. The cherry and strawberry notes of this distinctive rosé are characteristic of the wine-making style from the origin of this Southern Rhône grape.

SOLD OUT El Paseaux 2001 marries grapes from select vineyards on the east and west sides of Paso Robles to create our Meritage blend: 81% Cabernet Sauvignon and 19% Merlot. We named our Meritage blend "El Paseaux" to honor Paso Robles' finest varietals and the traditions of Bordeaux from which they come. Please enjoy with great food and friends.

2000 Cabernet Sauvignon
SOLD OUT - The 2000 Cabernet Sauvignon is a dark, bold blend of Cab grapes from mainly the East side region - but also a small contribution from the Westside region of Paso Robles. This beautiful wine will compliment any great steak or delicious chocolate dessert. The initial aroma of fruit comes from the balanced grapes sourced from both the east and west Paso Robles terroir. The taste of chocolate and leather develop in the length of the taste with a lingering of pepper and clove at a smooth finish. The complex tannins are still young and refreshingly pair with rich red-sauce pasta or fire-grilled red meat. Extended oak-barrel aging has charged the structure of this premium wine to continue it’s development of softened tannins and bolder fruit for many years . Enjoy!
